Martin leads Forrester’s EMEA and APAC CX and B2C marketing research teams, focusing on the intersection between CX, brand, and privacy and examining how CX and B2C marketing leaders must respond to the changing nature of today’s empowered consumers.
The team’s research themes include CX strategy, journey mapping and management, CX measurement, martech, consumer and employee privacy, AI trust, legislation, and compliance. Although global in scope, this research speaks specifically to the dynamics, competitive landscape, and legislation of the EMEA and APAC markets.
